As promised earlier, today the popular Chinese smartphone brand Oppo has unveiled its new Reno 3 series and it includes two smartphones – Reno 3 and Reno 3 Pro. Both the smartphones are coming with dual-mode 5G support as well as quad rear camera setup. Oppo Reno 3
Let’s start with Oppo Reno 3, the smartphone features a 6.4-inch TUV Rheinland-certified display 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution and there is a waterdrop notch on the top of the display. Speaking about the internal, the Oppo Reno 3 is the first phone to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1000L 5G SoC and the smartphone is made with 8/12GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the smartphone comes with 128 GB of onboard storage.
Moving to the camera department, the new Oppo Reno 3 rocks Quad rear camera setup and that’s in a combination of a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.7 aperture; followed by an 8-megapixel camera; along with a 2-megapixel camera and a 2-megapixel camera. The device also has a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. For security, the smartphone comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner along with the traditional security options.
Talking about the connectivity options, the new Oppo Reno 3 supports 5G, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, USB Type-C port, GPS/A-GPS, Beidou, Glonass, Galileo. The smartphone is backed on a 4,025mAh battery with VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 support, and the smartphone runs on Android 10 with ColorOS 7 skin on top.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the Oppo Reno 3 is priced at CNY 3,399 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the higher-end 12GB + 128GB variant carries a price tag of CNY 3,699. It will go on sale starting December 31 in China, but there is no word on its availability in other parts of the world.

Now coming to the Pro variant, the smartphone features a 6.5-inch full HD+ curved AMOLED display with 2400 X 1080 pixels resolution and has a punch hole set up at the top left corner of the display. It also supports the 90Hz refresh rate along with the peak brightness of 800 nits as well as 402 PPI pixel density and 93.4% screen to body ratio. The smartphone also supports HDR10+ support that means you can enjoy high definition contents and the display is protected with Gorilla Glass 5. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor along with 8/12 GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the smartphone supports 128/256 GB of internal storage.

The device also has a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. For security, the smartphone comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner along with the traditional security options.
