The month of February is the most flexible month of this era, we already witnessed the launch of foldable devices from Samsung and Huawei. Well, now it seems that Oppo is going to unveil its first foldable phone, as the company shows the prototype of the foldable phone and it suggests slimmer design.
Oppo Vice President Brian Shen posted a photo on the Chinese microblogging website Weibo, and it is the prototype of the upcoming Oppo foldable phone which offers and outward wrapped flexible display and it will give two screens when the device is folded and a single screen only when the device is unfolded.
Furthermore, the prototype also shows a thick bar on one side and that includes the camera module and it seems to have the dual LED flash and the thick bar also has the branding of the Oppo. The prototype image also suggests that the device will have a new version of ColorOS which is the custom skin of the Oppo and Shen asked users whether they want Oppo to start the mass production of the new foldable phone and this suggest that the device is at the stage of unveiling.
