Paytm has launched yet another Soundbox in the market of India called the Paytm Card Soundbox and the same will enable users to pay for purchases at shops using either UPI or tap-and-pay cards. The new device of the company will accept both UPI and all the major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and RuPay.
The latest Paytm Card Soundbox is a small as well as portable and the same combines the functionality of a POS unit, a UPI QR code reader, and a soundbox. The device will enable merchants accept card payments and receive instant audio alerts for all transactions.
It offers a 4W speaker along with up to 5 days of battery life. The Paytm Card Soundbox comes with the support of 11 languages and the same can be changed using the Paytm for Business app. The device also showcases visual payment confirmations through an LCD display and the device features NFC as well.
The Paytm Card Soundbox can accept card payments of up to Rs 5,000 and the device features a 4G network connection.
