The Chinese smartphone maker Poco is gearing up to launch its new Poco F5 series in India on February 6 and the smartphone series will include the Poco X5 and Poco X5 Pro. Poco is popular for its aggressive pricing strategy and the same will continue in the upcoming Poco X5 series as well. The pricing of the Poco X5 Pro smartphone appears online and the same suggests that the device will be a value for money smartphone.
An advertisement on YouTube revealed the pricing of the upcoming Poco X5 Pro smartphone. The advertisement reveals that the company will be launching the Poco X5 Pro smartphone in India with a price tag of Rs 22,999 but the company will offer Rs 2,000 discount with an ICICI card and which will make the final price at Rs 20,999.
The Poco X5 Pro smartphone will feature Xfinity AMOLED display and it is also revealed that the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 778G mobile processor. The device is also confirmed to receive two years of software updates and 3 years of security updates. That means the Poco X5 Pro will receive up to Android 15 updates.
Apart from this, the device has been confirmed to be available in 3 colour options in India including black, blue, and the signature yellow colour. It is also revealed that the upcoming Poco X5 Pro smartphone is the most lightest phone in the Poco X series.
It is also confirmed that the upcoming Poco smartphone is going to be the India’s first phone to come with MIUI 14 which was recently announced in China. It is the latest version of the custom skin of the Chinese electronics giant by Xiaomi and the same is based on the Android 13 operating system.
