The company has confirmed that the next generation flagship SoC for the mobile devices will built on 7nm process node, but the company did not reveal the name of the upcoming chipset. However, the company will call it as the Snapdragon 855.
Moreover, the press release of the company also says that the next generation chipset will support 5G connectivity and the 7nm SoC can pair with the Snapdragon X50 5G modem for the support of the next generation communication technology.
