Realme has finally announced its latest Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+ smartphones in the market of India and both devices were on the headlines for the past couple of days. The devices are coming with colour changing back panels and the colour will be changed from Light Blue to Red when exposed to direct sunlight or ultraviolet light. It is worth mentioning that this particular feature is available only with the Sunrise Blue colour option. The devices are also featuring triple rear cameras and it is also coming with Dynamic RAM Expansion. The devices are also running on the latest Android 12 out of the box. Realme 9 Pro
The smartphone features a 6.6-inch full-HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate along with a punch-hole set up on the top of the screen. The device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, along with an Adreno 619 GPU and up to 8GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the device is coming with 128 GB of internal storage.
Speaking about the camera apartment, the latest Realme 9 Pro smartphone features a triple rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 64-megapixel primary sensor, along with an f1.79 lens, as well as an 8-megapixel wide-angle shooter and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The device is also featuring a 16-megapixel selfie camera sensor.

It is also featuring a 20:9 aspect ratio along with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection as well as a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. The device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 920 mobile processor along with Mali-G68 MC4 GPU and up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Talking about the storage, the device is coming with up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage.
Speaking about the camera department, the latest Realme 9 Pro+ features a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor, with an f/1.8 lens that supports optical image stabilisation (OIS) followed by an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 sensor with an f/2.2 ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. The device also features dual speakers and the same is tuned by Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio. The phone packs a 4,500mAh battery along with 60W SuperDart fast charging and the device runs on Android 12 out-of-the-box with Realme UI 3.0 on top.
Pricing and availability
The pricing of the Realme 9 Pro starts at ₹17,999 for 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and 8GB + 128GB model having a price tag of ₹20,999. On the other hand, the Realme 9 Pro+ is priced at ₹24,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant while the 8GB + 128GB storage variant is priced at ₹26,999 and 8GB + 256GB model priced at ₹28,999.
The devices will be available in Aurora Green, Midnight Black, and Sunrise Blue colour options. Talking about the availability, the Realme 9 Pro will be available in the country from February 23, and the Realme 9 Pro+ will be available for purchase from February 21. Having said that, both devices will be available via Flipkart, Realme.com, and mainline channels.
