Realme has officially confirmed the launching of the upcoming Realme GT Neo 5 smartphone and the same will support a 240W fast charging solution which is the world’s fastest charging solution as well. The device is on the headlines for the plastic approach weeks and now the company has officially confirmed the launching timeline.
It is officially confirmed that the company will be launching the Realme GT Neo 5 will be official in the market of China next month. Unfortunately, the company did not reveal the exact launching date of the device.
The device was previously reported to be announced in China on February 8. Realme GT Neo 5 is believed to arrive with two battery models and one of them will house a 4,600mAh battery with 150W fast charging support and it will also arrive with a 5,000mAh battery with 240W charging technology. Rest of the specifications will be the same on both models.
The Realme GT Neo 5 will feature a 6.74-inch AMOLED display along with a punch-hole set up at the centre position of the screen and a Full HD+ resolution. The device is also expected to offer 144Hz refresh rate and the device will be featuring an under-display fingerprint sensor.
Realme GT Neo 5 will be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile processor along with 8 GB / 12 GB / 16 GB of RAM and 128 GB / 256 GB / 512 GB of storage. The 240W variant is also listed in a 1 TB model.
The device will be featuring a 16-megapixel front camera while the back panel of the device will be featuring a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel camera sensors. It is said that the device will be featuring an OIS-assisted Sony IMX890 primary camera. The upcoming device will be running on Android 13 with Realme UI 4.0. The device is also expected to feature RGB lights and an IR blaster.
