Realme will announce its latest Realme GT Neo 5 smartphone in China on February 9 and the same is expected to be announced globally during the upcoming MWC 2023 event. The device is already confirmed to support the world’s fastest charging solution and that is 240W fast charging solution.
It is also revealed that the company will be launching the device with RGB LED lighting on the back panel and today a new promotional video has been released which reveals more details including crucial information about the software as well. Realme has confirmed that the upcoming Realme GT Neo 5 has an RGB LED light on the back panel and the same will glow in red colour when the battery level goes below 20% and when the battery level is above 20 percent, the purple light will always remain on.
You will find the light flash in purple colour when you receive an incoming call and the same will glow white for messages.
That’s not all, it will show different colours while gaming according to the tipster WHY LAB. Basically, it is meant for notification alerts
Moreover, it is also visible that the upcoming Realme GT Neo 5 smartphone will feature iPhone’s Dynamic Island-like and it is having a flat display with a punch-hole set up at the centre position of the screen. The device is also having an IR blaster.
Based on the previous reports, the upcoming Realme GT Neo 5 will have a 6.74-inch AMOLED display along with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 mobile processor along with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 1 TB of storage. It will be running on Android 13 out of the box.
Realme GT Neo 5 will house a 4,600mAh battery variant that is expected to support 240W fast charging, while the 5,000mAh battery variant may offer 150W rapid charging.
The device is also believed to feature a 16-megapixel front camera while the back panel of the device will offer a 50-megapixel (Sony IMX890 with OIS) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) sensor.
