As we all know that the MWC event is near so our excitement to see new tech is also increasing. Many brands are going to showcase their products at that event. Most of the products will be of course smartphones, but few other pieces of tech will also get featured there. One of them is going to be a Smart TV. And it’s not from any other brand having TVs in their portfolio before, but from a brand who’s going to debut in Smart TV market i.e. Realme.
Francis Wang (CMO of Realme) has announced that they are going to unveil company’s first ever Smart TV at the MWC event. On tweet someone asked him about the status of Realme TV, so he responded him by saying “U gonna hear something exciting about TV on MWC”. Below that he added #realmeforEveryIndia , which says that this TV is coming to India for sure. Well that’s not so surprising because India is the prime market for the company. And in budget smart TV section also this country is very competitive with budget brands like Xiaomi, Vu, and now even Motorola and Nokia are into this segment.
Another Twitter user asked him about smartwatch and fitness band, to that he replied that it will come even faster. So expect a launch of probably Realme fitness band before MWC, maybe with Realme C3 on 6th February. So we won’t have too much to witness two new products from Realme this month.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. I guess Realme will launch a complete series of TVs having different size and resolution. And the pricing will be very competitive as well, somewhere around Mi TVs because Xiaomi is there biggest rival since the beginning.
