Redmi is gearing up to launch its Redmi K50 Series smartphones in its home market and the same is expected to be announced in the next couple of days. The devices are on headlines for the past couple of weeks and now the pricing information surfaced online. According to the leak, the upcoming Redmi K50 will have a starting price of 1,999 yuan while the Redmi K50 Pro model will carry a starting price of 2,699 yuan, Redmi K50 Pro+ is tipped to start at 3,299 yuan, and the most powerful model in the lineup – Redmi K50 Gaming Edition will be priced at 3,499 yuan.
It is believed that the upcoming Redmi K50 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset while the Gaming Edition will feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.
On the other hand, the Redmi K50 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8000 chipset while the Redmi K50 Pro+ model will be powered by the Dimensity 9000 SoC.Â
It is expected that the upcoming Redmi K50 Series and K50 Pro will have 66W and 67W charging support, on the other hand, the Pro+ and Gaming Edition models will have support for 120W fast charging.
