Early this year, the Chinese electronics giant Xiaomi made the Redmi as an independent brand and the company launched its first smartphone with 48 megapixel camera sensor and the device is called Redmi Note 7 which managed to grab the attention of the smartphone lovers. Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun had commented about the flagship smartphone on the microblogging website Weibo and said the device will be powered by the latest and greatest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC. Well, now a new post on Weibo by Redmi chief Lu Weibing confirms that the upcoming Redmi flagship will indeed sport the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor.
