Renders Of Samsung’s Android Go Smartphone Got Leaked

Google is pushing hard to make their Android Go program a success just like Android One program. Players like Xiaomi are also jumping into this with smartphones like Redmi Go. Another big player is interested to launch smartphone under this program, and that’s Korean tech giant Samsung. Last month Samsung’s Android Go powered smartphone was spotted on Geekbench, and today we got the renders of this device along with its name. So lets have a look.


Popular leakster Evan Blass shared this rendered image on his twitter handle, along with the device name. & that’s Galaxy A2 Core. He mentioned the model number SM-A260 as well, which was mentioned in the Geekbench leak. The smartphone looks like a typical 2014-15 Samsung budget smartphone. At the front there is speaker, front camera sensor, and 16:9 display with thick bezels. At the back we can see a single camera along with LED flash. The speaker grill is placed just below the camera setup. Both volume rocker and power button are located at the right side. The date on the display is 22nd March, which might be the launch date of this device. Many OEMs do similar thing.

So that’s all the information we have as of now. Do note that this will be a phone for those who are going to experience a smartphone for first time ever.
