Rumor Suggests Secondary Display On Moto RAZR 2019 To Be Functional

Back in January, we got a leak, which gave us a hint that Motorola is planning to re-launch their RAZR phone this year, with a touch of 2019 in it. This 2019 RAZR phone will be Motorola’s first smartphone to have a foldable display. This display will fold in a flip style, similar to old RAZR phones but this time there will be display to get folded. Today we got a new leak that reveals about the secondary display on Motorola RAZR 2019. So let’s have a look at it.

Someone from XDA Developers got some information about the functionality of the secondary display. If you don’t go through the previous leak, look at the image below you will notice that there is a small secondary display type layout at the backside. This display can be used to take selfie from rear camera, which means no front camera will be there. There will be limited app availability on that display, only some selected apps like Moto Display and Moto Camera will be there. Users can use this display as a power saving display, you can’t do a lot of things what a regular Android phone can do.

When the smartphone will get unfolded, the secondary display will turn into a track-pad to browse Chrome. Motorola will get in touch with other developers to add features for this track-pad. It can be customized by displaying clock, pulse notifications, media control, etc. Also, there will be a total of six quick settings in the display, about which we don’t have any information as of now.

So that’s all the information we have as of now. I think if Motorola will implement secondary and foldable display well, then there are chances that this will be a game changer device.
