Just at the start of this month, Samsung launched Galaxy A90 5G smartphone which is their non-flagship smartphone with latest flagship processor and 5G connectivity. Now seems like its successor is in process which will be named as Galaxy A91. Today we got a lot of information on this device, so let’s see them all.
The biggest difference between both A90 5G and A91 will be the 5G connectivity. The Galaxy A91 won’t have 5G connectivity, thus expecting low price as compared to A90 5G. So the Galaxy A91 will come with Snapdragon 855 processor without the Qualcomm’s 5G modem. The display will be the same 6.7 inch Infinity-U AMOLED panel with Full HD+ resolution. It will have 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There will be support for MicroSD card up to 512GB.
In terms of camera this will also sport a triple camera setup. The primary camera is the same 48MP with OIS. Secondary wide angle camera is now levelled up to 13MP from predecessor’s 8MP. The 5MP depth sensor also remains the same. On the front also there’s same 32MP camera but the aperture is f2.2 instead of f2.0 now.
This Galaxy A91 is supposed to launch globally with Android 10. But this is still not so sure because Samsung usually give the latest software first to their flagship Galaxy S series. Maybe Samsung will break this tradition now. Also the report suggests that this device will launch in India by the end of this year, but it will ship with Android Pie instead. This device packs in a 4500mAh battery with support up to 45W fast charging. But it’s still a question whether this 45W charger will be given in the box or only 25W charger will be supplied just like Galaxy Note 10? Apart from 5G connectivity, it has dual band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and Type-C port.
