Last month Samsung released a teaser image of there next generation flagship processor Exynos 9. This variant will be available in Asian countries like India & in some other continent except USA, the USA variant will get Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 variant. Some other countries will also get this Snapdragon variant. But today we have a leak about the Exynos variant. The benchmark score of Galaxy S8’s Exynos variant got leaked. Along with some other specs. So let’s have a look at the scores as well as specs.
As you can see from the image above, the model no. is Exynos 8895, it doesn’t starts from 9 as suggested by teaser image. The single-core score of Galaxy S8 is 1978 and multi-core score is whopping 6375. In multi-core score, Exynos 8895 outperforms every flagship processor including Snapdragon 835, Fusion A10 as well as Kirin 960. In single core Apple’s Fusion A10 processor beats Exynos 8895 with a huge difference. But this processor is still outperforming every other processor that are used in Android smartphones. Exynos 8895 is a octa core processor clocked at 1.69Ghz, maybe this clock speed is of the power efficient cores.
