Samsung, the smartphone giant, has introduced Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G Olympic Commemorative Edition in China. The latest smartphone was made in collaboration with the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The smartphone was released to celebrate the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. It is available in Winter Dream White colour as well as will be filled with Olympics-inspired wallpapers, icons, etc. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Olympic Commemorative Edition is similar to the original Galaxy Z Flip 3 which was unveiled in August 2021.
Features of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G Olympic Commemorative Edition
The device supports a 6.7-inch primary full-HD+ (1,080×2,640 pixels) Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity Flex Display. Moreover, the adaptive refresh rate is 120Hz. The display is 1.9-inch in size with a resolution of 260×512 pixels. It supports a pixel density of 302ppi. It houses a 5nm octa-core SoC, and up to 8GB RAM. There is up to 256GB of storage.
The Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G Olympic Commemorative Edition packs a dual rear camera setup. It consists of a 12-megapixel primary sensor optical image stabilisation (OIS) and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide shooter. For selfies, it sports a 10-megapixel camera.
Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphone packs LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth v5.1, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. It features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The device houses a 3,300mAh battery.
Price And Availability
The new device is priced at CNY 7,999 in China. The special edition foldable phone available 8GB + 256GB storage option. The pre-orders started through Samsung’s official e-shop in China.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 was available in India at Rs. 84,999 for the 8GB + 128GB version. The 8GB + 256GB model costs Rs. 88,999.
