VERTU has unveiled the METAVERTU and the same is touted as the first WEB3 device with up to 18GB of RAM and 10TB of storage. It is also coming with the power of the latest and greatest Snapdragon flagship processor as well. The company is targeting to create an equal data rights ecosystem open to diverse demographics.
The device is capable to run its own blockchain node and convert visual files into non-fungible tokens (NFTs) with just one click. Well, that means the device is having all the capabilities of the Web3.
What is Web3?
Web3 is a brand new idea of the new iteration of the World Wide Web and the same is working with concepts such as decentralization, blockchain technologies, and token-based economics.
Specifications of METAVERTU
The newly announced METAVERTU Web3 phone features a 6.67 inch AMOLED display along with a 144 Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 mobile processor along with 18GB RAM and 1TB storage. The METAVERTU also has a distributed storage of 10TB when used as a Web3 mobile phone.
METAVERTU features the IMX787 35mm humanistic main camera and an optical telephoto lens. It is housing 4,600mAh battery and it is supporting fast charging solution as well. The METAVERTU features a built-in A5 security chip with SE+TEE technology. The device also offers anti-intrusion sensors. It is running on the proprietary software and hardware for a secure user experience.
The newly announced METAVERTU features a one-button switch and the same will enable seamless migration from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0 operating systems. In the Web 3.0 mode, the METAVERTU features a copyright camera to generate digital collections and other applications. It is coming with the services such as hotel reservations, gift purchases, and lots more VIP services like the new V PASS exclusive memberships.
METAVERTU is available in 6 options with the entry-level carbon fiber model priced at 25,800 yuan, the premium-grade Crocodile leather model could cost up to 300,000 yuan. It will be available from November 3.
