The lay-offs are now becoming a trend in the tech industry and we witness nearly 24000 job cuts in the month of January alone.
Snap Inc. has said that a new decision has been taken to make the company work better together and more efficiently. The company might be looking to make more profit but this is really bad from the views of employees.
