The Japanese electronics giant Sony has officially introduced its latest camera dubbed the Sony RX1R III and the same comes with a 61MP full frame sensor along with ZEISS 35mm F2 Lens, and AI autofocus. So let’s get into the article to learn the full details of the camera.

The latest Sony RX1R III comes with a 61-megapixel full-frame Exmor R CMOS sensor and it has the power of the latest BIONZ XR image processor along with a fixed ZEISS Sonnar T 35 mm F2 lens. The new Sony RX1R III offers a compact design as well.
Sony has introduced the Sony RX1R III is capable to provide images with low noise and a wide dynamic range. The camera also features an anti-reflective coating and no optical low-pass filter.
The Sony RX1R III also comes with an AI processing unit that will be detecting and tracking subjects accurately. The camera can recognize eyes, faces, heads, and bodies, even if the face is not visible. It also features 693 phase-detection AF points and the same covers 78 percent of the sensor area.
It also sports a Step Crop Shooting function and this will enable you to switch between 35 mm, 50 mm, and 70 mm focal lengths using buttons or dials. The camera also features a macro ring on the lens and the same will enable you to focus as close as 20 cm with up to 0.26x magnification.
The camera also comes with twelve Creative Look profiles, including two new ones. The FL2 features a nostalgic look with soft colors while the FL3 offers more vibrant images. The camera also features a 2.36 million-dot OLED viewfinder with 0.70x magnification along with the NP-FW50 battery that supports up to 300 shots per charge. It also comes with a USB-C port and the same offers fast charging. It also offers external power sources.
Regarding the pricing and availability, it has a price tag of 4,900 euros or 4,200 pounds and the camera will be available later this month. The optional accessories will be available in September including the TG-2 thumb grip at 280 euros, the LCS-RXL body case at 180 euros, and the LHP-1 lens hood.
