It is reported that the upcoming Sony Xperia 1 VII will be supporting high-resolution sound on both wired and wireless headphones. The device also supports Sony’s DSEE Ultimate AI technology along with LDAC codec. The device also supports Sony’s Walkman line and the device features a new macro mode at 120mm (manual focus only) for close-up shots.

The device will feature a flat frame with a metal camera bump, glass back, and a textured grip. It is also reported that the device will receive four Android version updates and six years of security patches.
It is expected that the upcoming Sony Xperia 1 VII smartphone will come with a 6.5-inch 4K OLED screen, along with a 48MP main camera with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, a 12MP periscope telephoto lens (70–200mm), and a 12MP front camera.
