The Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra comes with 6 inch Full-HD display with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolutions along with Image Enhancement Technology. It is powered by 2.3 GHz octa core Helio P20 processor and paired with 4 GB RAM along with Mali-T880 MP2 for graphic department. It has 32/64 GB internal storage and can be expandable upto 256 GB via microSD card.
It has 23 MP rear camera with Exmor RS with f/2.0 aperture, hybrid auto focus, SteadyShot and LED flash, and also having 16 MP Exmor R with f/2.0 aperture, OIS, Hand shutter mode and Selfie flash front facing camera. The device runs on Android Nougat v7.0, and the smartphone is backed on 2700 mAh battery with Qnova Adaptive Charging.
