The developers of Facebook-owned Instagram continuously rolling out a few number of new features, and recently, the app updated with a feature to know the last activity time. Well, now we’re getting a new report which says that the developers of the app testing a new feature which will allow you to make the video calls through the Instagram Direct.
According to a source, Instagram is testing the new video calling feature internally and the feature will work in the active chats. To use the video calling feature users need to send a request to a friend and they need to expect the request, in order to execute the video call.
Apart from this feature, the developers of the Instagram is also testing a new feature which will notify you when someone takes the screenshot of your story. It’s really a handy and cool feature, and in my opinion, it should have on the platform. As I mentioned above, the features are testing internally which means you won’t able to see any change in Instagram Direct at this point of time.
Let’s hope that the developers of the app may roll out the features in near future.
