Instagram consistently getting new features on the board to make the platform amazing and interactive, the developers of Instagram are not only implementing features on the app, but they work for the web users as well. Now they are working on a great handy feature which will make lots of users happy.
Facebook-owned social media application has confirmed that they are working on a new feature that will enable users to send and receive messages on Instagram directly from their web browser. Well, with the new move the company is finally expanding its messages feature to web users as well instead limiting it to the app.
DMs, but make them desktop. 👍

With the new implementation, users can able to send and receive messages directly from the web browser which means they don’t require to have the application on the system and we can also share post to others via DM, the website will also provide notifications when someone receives a message on Instagram. This will definitely help the users who work on the desktop for a very long period of time, to stay connected with their near and dear ones even without taking the phone out from their pocket.
Currently, the developers are testing the feature with a small percentage of users and it will be available to the wide audience very soon. Once the company implements the feature you can able to create charts from the profiles through a new button called Messages.
We are super excited to experience the new feature on our October and we would like to hear your thoughts as well in the comments section below.
