Yesterday we posted the leaked specs of Samsung Galaxy S8+ that revealed almost every specs except processor & RAM. Now today we have the leaked specs of lower end variant, that’s Galaxy S8. This leak also reveals almost everything except processor & battery. But as I said earlier that this leak is of the lower end variant, is it really the lower end variant ? Let’s find out.
As you can see from the image below, the format of this leaked image is exactly same as previous Galaxy S8+ leak. Now coming to the specs, the Galaxy S8 sports a 5.8” QUAD HD Super AMOLED 2k Display with the flat rectangle 5.6” Display and 0.2” curved Display. It has 12MP Dual Pixel Rear Camera and 8MP front facing camera. It has 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage with expandable storage via SD card. This phone is water & dust resistant with IP68 certification. It has Iris scanner and Samsung Knox secure feature same as Galaxy Note 7. It also support wireless charging and Samsung Pay. The earphones bundled with the phone is made by AKG Acoustics that makes studio quality headphones.
So isn’t many specs are sounding same as the specs of Galaxy S8+ ? It’s right, only the screen size is different on both the phones. Otherwise all the specs are exactly the same. Maybe the battery capacity will be different on both the phones. So now it’s almost proved that Galaxy S8 is not a lower end variant.
