Infinix announced 260W wired and 110W wireless charging
Infinix has officially announced its latest 260W wired charging solution and the same is capable to provide battery capacity from 0 to 25% in only one minute. It can offer 100% of battery in just 8 minutes. The new technology is having a single 12C battery with a 4-pump circuit design and the same is capable to identify power requirements as well as allocate the number of charge pumps. The company has also announced that the first phone with the new charging solution will be official before the end of this year.
Infinix has also introduced the 110W wireless charging solution and it is the fastest in the mobile industry as well. As we normally see wireless charging with up to 50W. The new wireless charging technology using custom-made, small, sensitive coils with varying architectures. It is having fewer but wider coils and the same will offer less heat.
Infinix is also offering the support for reverse charging, bypass charging, and multi-protocol charging. It is compatible with other protocols, including Power Delivery 3.0.
Meta is working on Twitter alternative
Meta is reportedly developing a new social media application which is codenamed P92 and it will be a decentralised social network for creators and public figures to share timely updates about their interests, and the same is similar to Twitter. It is also said that the upcoming platform will enable users to log in through their existing Instagram account details. There is no information about the releasing date of the platform.
Google releases Android 14 DP2 & confirms Google I/O event
Google has released Android 14 developer preview 2 and the same offers a major tweak to the Photo Picker. It now requires users to grant access to all images or some images or to deny media permissions completely. It brings a massive privacy boost to the operating system and the similar to iOS as well.
The company is also building its new Credential Manager API into Android 14 and the same is coming with the support of going back Android 4.4.
