OnePlus Open launch date confirmed
It is the first-ever foldable phone of the company and the device is officially confirmed to launch globally on October 19 the event will be held in India at 7:30 p.m. IST.
Based on the previous reports, the device could feature a 6.3-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate while the inner display will feature a large 7.8-inch AMOLED screen along with a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
It is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup including a 48MP main camera, a 48MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 64MP telephoto sensor. For selfies, the main display of the device will feature a 32MP camera whereas the interior screen will feature a 20MP camera sensor.
Under the hood, the OnePlus folding smartphone will reportedly be powered by the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor along with up to 16GB RAM and 256GB storage. It is also expected to house a 4,800mAh battery along with 67W fast charging and the device will be running on Android 13 with OxygenOS 13.1 out of the box.
Oppo Find N3 Flip is now official in India
Oppo has introduced the device in India with a 6.80 inch inner display and a 3.26-inch outer display. Both screens use AMOLED technology and 1~120Hz adaptive refresh rate. Oppo Find N3 Flip comes with the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 mobile processor along with 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage. The device houses a 4,300mAh battery with 44W fast charging technology and it runs on Android 13 with ColorOS 13.2 operating system out of the box. The device supports a side-mounted fingerprint scanner as well.
OPPO Find N3 Flip features Hasselblad tuned camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 main camera (with OIS) on the back panel along with a 32-megapixel IMX709 telephoto camera (with AF support) and a 48-megapixel IMX581 ultra-wide-angle camera. It is also offering a 32-megapixel IMX709 front facing camera with multiple camera modes as well. The device also comes with an alert slider button which we usually find on the phones of OnePlus.
Oppo has introduced the new Oppo Find N3 Flip smartphone for a price tag of Rs 94999. It will be available from October 22 via Flipkart in the country.
Sony PS5 Slim Unveiled
The device comes with the same technology features that make PS5 and the latest Sony PS5 Slim comes with four separate cover panels along with the top portion in a glossy look, while the bottom remains matte. It comes with a disc drive, which can be removed and replaced. The company is also offering two slits on each side, and at the front, the company offers dual USB-C ports. Sony will include a horizontal stand with the PS5 Slim and the company has also introduced a vertical stand, which you need to purchase separately for a price tag of $29.99. The latest gaming console has a price tag of $499.99 in the United States.
Honor Watch 4 Pro announced
The Honor Watch 4 Pro features a circular dial along with a rotating crown with linear motor vibration and physical button on the right side. It comes with a 1.5-inch AMOLED display along with LTPO technology. The Honor Watch 4 Pro comes with popular health-related features including a heart rate monitor, SpO2 sensor, sleep and stress tracker. The Honor Heart Health is also capable of detecting atrial fibrillation and the same also features a fat-burning algorithm. The smartwatch supports built-in GPS and various sports modes as well.
The Honor Watch 4 Pro supports eSIM connectivity for voice-calling functionality. The device can offer up to 14 days of battery life. It is available only in the market of China.
Funtouch OS 14 unveiled
Vivo has introduced the latest Funtouch OS 14 custom skin which is based on the Android 14 operating system with Smooth Envision and improvement in the performance. It also optimizes the use of the RAM and reduces unnecessary processes. It is also capable of freeing up to 600MB of RAM for smartphones with 8GB+ of RAM and the latest App Retainer provides quick access to whitelisted apps. It also features Motion Blur in some smartphone models and the same comes with the power of smart algorithms to create smoother visual transitions when opening or closing apps on the home screen. Funtouch OS 14 supports side-swipe suspension for maintaining focus on one app while the custom skin will also keep tabs on the others. It will also enable you to customize the lock screen clock style with the layout and font style. It also features always-on-display styles and a minimalist theme as well. The custom skin also comes with features including video editing improvements along with improvements in privacy and security. Regarding availability, the company will be releasing the new custom skin for Vivo and iQOO devices.
