1. Motorola Unveiled Moto G5S and G5S Plus:
After many rumours & leaks coming from past few months, this week Motorola finally unveiled their two new phones, Moto G5S and G5S Plus. Both these phones are sort of an upgraded versions of Moto G5 and G5 Plus respectively. There’s no important change in Moto G5S, just a better display and few other tweaks. But the Moto G5S Plus got a big upgrade in terms of Camera, as it comes with Dual Rear Camera Setup which is 1st for any Moto G device. This phone will launch in various countries in a month or two. 2. BlackBerry KEYone Launched in India:
At MWC event early in this year, BlackBerry launched its Android powered device called BlackBerry KEYone. And this week BlackBerry has launched the device in India. It is one of a kind smartphone as of now with physical qwerty keyboard and a 4.5 inch touchscreen display. This device runs on last year’s Snapdragon 625 processor which is very overpriced at this price range, but reviewers have said that using this phone is a joy. 3. Android O Might Launch in Coming Week:
Last week Google released the Developer Preview 4 of Android O for the compatible devices, which is the final developer preview. Now a report claims that Google will announce Android O in next week i.e. coming week. This announcement will include full name of ‘O’ , all final features, date for OTA rollout for compatible Google devices, and AOSP (Android Open Source Project). In general, Google announces the name of new version of Android weeks before the update is rolled out. However, this time the usual things has been changed. 4. Motorola Opens Multiple Exclusive Stores in India:
Since Motorola made its strong comeback to the Indian market, the company being exclusively for online. And now the company wants to make its presence strong in offline market, as the company has opened six exclusive retail hubs across the country. Here you can buy all Motorola products which are available online on Flipkart and Amazon. Seems like going back to offline market is becoming a new trend now, after OnePlus & Xiaomi opened their exclusive stores in India. 5. Jio To Add Special Edition WhatsApp in JioPhone:
When JioPhone was launched last month, many people got disappointed when they got to know that this phone will not support WhatsApp, as it is the most used app in India. Now a report claims that Reliance officials and WhatsApp officials are in talk for a special edition of WhatsApp that will support JioPhone’s KaiOS.
