OnePlus has launched its second midrange smartphone in a while with the name OnePlus Nord. Nord was hyped by the company with clever marketing right from the name to the design. Starting with the display, the smartphone sport a 6.44-inch AMOLED Full HD+ display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution and 408 PPI. The 20:9 aspect ratio display has a 90 Hz display with touch sampling rate of 180 Hz.

The OnePlus Nord is powered by the Snapdragon 765G build on 7 nm architecture. The smartphone has the options of 8/128 GB LPDDR4X RAM and storage combo or a higher 12/256 GB variant as well. The company will also sell a 6/64 GB version exclusively in India.

Coming to the camera department, Nord has a quad-camera setup. It begins with 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 as the primary sensor. and with f/1.75 aperture. The secondary lens in Nord is a 2 MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture and 1/5″ sensor size and the third camera is an 8 MP ultrawide sensor with a FOV of 119 degrees and an f/2.25 aperture. The smartphone houses a 13-megapixel selfie camera. In the back, we have a 48-megapixel primary camera, which is the same GM1 sensor from Samsung. Realme has expanded its Realme 6 Series in the market of India with the launch of new device called Realme 6i and it is actually the rebranded version of the device which was launched in the European market.

It sports a 6.5-inch full HD+ display with 2400 X 1080 pixels resolution and there is a punch hole set up at the top left corner of the screen, it also offers a 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone also comes with a 90.5% screen to body ratio along with the protection of Gorilla Glass. Going to the internals of the device, the latest smartphone is powered by MediaTek Helio G90T processor and that means the company offers for the gamers as well, and it is paired with 4/6 GB RAM, the device also has Mali G76 GPU for the graphical task. In terms of storage, the device will available in 64GB of internal storage and can be expandable up to 256GB via MicroSD card. The camera setup remains identical to Realme 6 except for the main camera.

Talking about the connectivity options, the Realme 6i supports Dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. The upcoming Redmi Note 10 spotted on the benchmarking website and it says that the device will perform better than many popular flagship smartphones. It is listed that the smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 820 SoC, along with 8GB RAM and this further confirms that the device will support the next generation 5G connectivity. The listing also says that the device will run on the latest version of the Android operating system and that is Android 10 but we believe that the company will launch the device with the upcoming version of the Android operating system – Android 11.
