The Tecno Camon 30 series features a flat frame and a circular protruding camera module. Both devices come with a 6.79-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The vanilla variant features FHD+ resolution with 1,200 nits peak brightness whereas the Premier variant features a 1.5K resolution and 1,400 nits peak brightness. The display of both devices is integrated with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Speaking about the camera department, the Tecno Camon 30 5G has a 100MP main sensor with OIS and a 2MP depth lens. While the Camon 30 Premier 5G features a 50MP main Sony IMX890 OIS sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP periscope unit with a 70mm focal length and up to 60x hyper zoom. The device also features a Sony imaging chip and AIGC portrait mode. On the front, the Camon 30 series features a 50MP selfie camera.
Under the hood, the Tecno Camon 30 5G has the power of a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor whereas the Camon 30 Premier 5G is powered by a Dimensity 8200 Ultimate. The vanilla variant comes with up to 12GB + 512GB variant whereas the latter comes in 12GB + 512GB RAM and storage option. The devices come with a 5,000mAh battery along with 70W fast charging and the devices run on the Android 14 operating system out of the box.
The Tecno Camon 30 5G starts at Rs 22,999 while the Camon 30 Premier 5G has a price tag of Rs 39,999. The devices will be available from May 23 through Amazon in the country.
