Threads application has finally received the capability of sending DMs within the app and this will enable you to keep on the discussions. The messaging capability is limited to those who follow you on Threads or are mutual Instagram followers aged 18 and over.
It is worth mentioning that the Threads application does not support end-to-end encryption for DMs. We believe that the developers will bring this particular feature very soon on the board very soon.
The application has also received the Highlighter feature and which will find and give importance to the posts that promote interesting viewpoints or discussions. The new features are now available globally.
