A mobile user face call drop issues a lot, the telecom department has taken many steps to get better connectivity. And now the TRAI is all set to launch a new app for this purpose.
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), will soon launch a new app called MyCall app. With this app TRAI want to ensure the call quality for each and every call, the app will allow users to rate calls between one star to five stars.
This is really great to know, and hope that the app will help to overcome the call drops. Because the ratings will help the department to know the actual number of issues, and also can be take further action.
