Few months back, we updated that TRAI is planning to bring an app to rate the call quality. And now TRAI has launched the app called MyCall on Google Play Store, with this app a user can give his/her opinion about the call quality.
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India aims to get feedback from all the users of the country, about the call quality with MyCall app. Users have to install the app, and it will ask ratings between 1 to 5 stars as soon as the call ends.
The app also asks few more information about the call, like from where you have made the call, for example: outdoor, indoor or while traveling. The app also allows you to give your feedback later, according to your convenience.
