Key Points:
- Twitter seems to create a dedicated blogging space.
- It is currently available to selected users only.
- There is no official confirmation about the availability of the new feature.
Twitter provided a unique feature called the Twitter Notes and the same enabled users to write thoughts in a more private and concise way. The platform allowed users to compose short, text-based notes with limited to a certain character count. It is also different from regular tweets as the Twitter Notes were not visible on the public timeline or accessible through search.
Now things are changed at Twitter and Twitter Blue subscribers now enjoy a generous cap of 25,000 characters per tweet. But it seems that the company is all set to rebrand the Notes feature to Twitter Articles.
The feature will be available to selected users in selected regions only and the same will feature longer, more nuanced posts. It seems to be a dedicated blogging space inside the microblogging platform and the same will be available in a separate section.
