It is confirmed that if you are having a paid subscription on the platform then you can able to download videos. The blue subscribers can able to download videos from the platform and the same is available on iOS devices.
The platform has confirmed that the new feature will be available on Android as well as website very soon. It is also confirming that if a user is having the age of under 18 years then he or she cannot able to download the videos.
How to download a video on X
If you are having a Blue subscription then you can able to download the video by selecting the three dots which will be available at the top right corner of the video and simply hit on the download video option.
You can also restrict others from downloading a video as well and the same can be done while uploading the video and you will be able to turn off the option allow video to be downloaded.
Separately, it is also reported that the rebranded Twitter website is not available in Indonesia as people cannot able to access the new version. It is said that the restriction in the country is due to the connection with the domain x.com and the same had previously hosted sites violating Indonesia’s laws against online content like gambling and more.
However, there is nothing to worry as the officials need to clarify the nature of the site and Twitter assured the government that the new domain would be used exclusively for their platform.
It is also reported that the platform is asking brands to spend a minimum of $1,000 per month on ads to maintain their verified status on the platform. This will also help the company to generate more revenue.
