The popular Chinese smartphone brand Vivo is currently working on its highly exciting smartphone series called the Vivo X series and this time the company will be offering the Vivo X100 series. Today we got a new piece of information about the upcoming Vivo X100 Pro smartphone and the same is suggesting that the device will come with an impressive set of camera sensors on the board. According to the reliable source – Digital Chat Station, the upcoming Vivo X100 smartphone (could be the Pro model) will feature a 64-megapixel camera sensor with a periscope module.
The report also adds that the device will feature a 100mm periscope lens with an f/2.5 aperture tuned for shooting during low-light conditions. It will feature an OmniVision OV64B 64-megapixel 1/2” sensor with 0.7µm native pixels and support for 4-in-1 binning.
It is also believed that Vivo is joining its hands with Zeiss and will be using Vario-Appo-Sonnar lenses on the smartphone. The primary camera sensor on the upcoming smartphone is also believed to be a customized sensor for Sony, likely to be a 53-megapixel 1/1.43” sensor.
