The developers of the world’s most favourite instant messaging application WhatsApp have implemented a new feature on the board that will enable YouTube in a message on the top of the chapter and this feature is available across all the platforms. We know that WhatsApp enables users to pin charts on the home screen but now you can able to chat and important messages in the chat as well and this feature is available on both group chats and individual chats. For example, if your mom sends an important message to you in the morning then you can pin it in the chat and the same will appear on the top and you can remember the same and do the task while returning home.
The feature is available across all the platforms including Android, iOS, and the desktop client of WhatsApp. The company has also confirmed that all message types including text, polls, images, and more can be pinned and remain end to end encrypted.
You can set a message at the top of the chat by pinning it forever or it can be expired after a time duration and the company offers various time options including 24 hours, 7 days (the default), or 30 days. You will be fine a banner appearing when you pin a message and that will let you choose the duration. It is worth mentioning that in the group chats, admins can control who can pin messages: either everyone or just admins themselves.
