WhatsApp rolled out new revamped Status feature, which is a copy of Snapchat, and with the new Status feature the company has taken off the old text based status. And it was really wanted back by users, I personally disappointed to lose it. If you are like me, and want it back then here’s a happy news.
Now reports coming that the company is all set to bring back the old status with the new name called Tagline. Right now the company is the feature on iOS beta version 2.17.6.21 and beta version of Windows 2.17.82, it’s really sad that WhatsApp doesn’t testing on Android platform.
Moreover, the Tagline may also come with new privacy setting similar to the all new Status. Just to remind the new Status feature have custom privacy setting, now you have three options in the privacy section ‘My contacts’, ‘My contacts except’ and ‘Only share with’.
Anyways let’s wait and hope that WhatsApp will bring back the old Status back very soon. Share your thoughts in the comment box below!
