During the Google developers event in the month of May this year, the beta version of WhatsApp was available for the devices which are running on the latest Wear OS and now after a couple of months of testing, the company has officially started to roll out the stable version of the instant messaging application for the devices with Wear OS.
The real fun of the dedicated WhatsApp application will be available for the devices which are supporting LTE with eSIM support, as it allows users to leverage cellular connectivity.
WhatsApp will be enabling various interaction options, including voice messages, emojis, regular text, and quick replies. Before this update, Wear OS users could only reply to WhatsApp messages without the ability to send voice messages.
It is worth mentioning that there is no application for Apple watches at the moment of time.
