It will provide information like the user attempting to login to the instant messaging application WhatsApp along with the time of the login attempt, and the name of the device. This particular feature will offer an extra layer of protection on your account.
The instant messaging application will offer a six-digit security PIN and you can enter the same to activate the device. As I mentioned above, the feature is currently in the testing stage and we don’t know when the company will roll out the feature to the stable version of WhatsApp.
