The devices run on the latest Android 16 with a layer of HyperOS 3 on top. The devices also feature a Leica-tuned triple rear camera setup. The newly announced Xiaomi 17 Pro Max and Xiaomi 17 Pro feature a 6.9-inch and 6.3-inch main displays, respectively. The 17 Pro Max supports 2K resolution and Xiaomi Dragon Crystal Glass protection. Both devices feature secondary M10 displays at the back with 3,500 nits brightness, which can be used to set alarms, create AI portraits, AI pets, and more.
Xiaomi calls the secondary screen as the “Magic Back Screen,” and the same will enable you to capture selfies with the rear main camera and preview shots taken by others. You will also get to the “Post-it Notes” feature and the same allows you to pin important information to the back screen with one tap.
