XiaomiTime has spotted the upcoming Xiaomi 17T series in the IMEI database and this indicates that the company will skip the Xiaomi 16T branding. It is worth mentioning that the company skipped the Xiaomi 16 series this year.
According to the IMEI database listing, the upcoming Xiaomi 17T’s global version has the model number 2602DPT53G while the Indian variant has the model number 2602DPT53I.
The IMEI database listing has also revealed that the upcoming Xiaomi 17T Pro’s global edition has the model numbers 2602EPTC0G and 2602EPTC0R. There is no mention about the Indian variant of the device.
Having said that, the “2602” numbers indicate that the company might be planning to launch the devices globally in February 2026. It is expected that the next generation Xiaomi 17T and 17T Pro could be powered by the Dimensity 8500 (upcoming) and Dimensity 9500 chipsets, respectively. The devices will definitely run on the HyperOS 3 operating system.
