Xiaomi Mi A2 Allegedly Spotted On TENAA

If we talk about Xiaomi’s upcoming smartphones of this year, the two devices which we are waiting for are Mi Mix 2s and Mi7. Both these devices are the flagship devices by Xiaomi. Now today surprisingly we got a leak regarding a new Xiaomi smartphone. A smartphone which is named as Mi6X is spotted on TENAA, the Chinese electronic certification authority. So let’s see what this leak will bring to us.

This Mi6X might be the Chinese name, globally it might be called as Mi A2. This Mi A2 will be the successor device of last year’s Mi A1, Xiaomi’s first and only smartphone supporting Android One program. TENAA also released some images of this device, and by looking at these images we can assume one thing that this might be the Android One edition of recently launched Redmi Note 5 Pro. That’s because this leaked device looks exactly similar to Redmi Note 5 Pro. It has the same vertically place dual camera setup on the back, the fingerprint sensor on some distance with camera setup, and other design ergonomics are also same. And the display has the same 5.99 inch 18:9 aspect ratio. The battery capacity shown here is comparitivcom lesser at 2910mAh. One thing which this leak shows us is that the Mi A2 will have a beautiful Red colour option.

So that’s all the information we have as of now. Personally speaking, it would be interesting to see if Xiaomi and Google will launch this Mi A2 with same specifications as Redmi Note 5 Pro. It will give users a very good choice for MIUI and Stock Android. What are your thoughts on this? Do share your thoughts in the comment section below.
