In addition to the announcement of Mi 11 and MI TV Q1 for the international market, the company also announced the Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2 Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team Edition as well. Mi Electric Scooter Pro 2 Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team Edition
For this model, Xiaomi has partnered with the leading car manufacturer Mercedes to combine the design elements from the carmaker and the scooter engineering expertise of the electronics company, promising to deliver on fronts like reliability, style, and convenience without compromise. Speaking of design, the scooter features a unique teal accent and carries the AMG branding on its rear wheel.
Coming to the specifications, it features the same as that of MI Electric Scooter Pro 2 but gets an extended mileage of 45km. The scooter can achieve a top speed of 25km/hr and can climb hills with 20% inclination with ease. The integrated LCD screen lets the user monitor and manipulates various parameters to ensure a smooth ride. It displays details such as speed, riding mode, Bluetooth connectivity configuration and headlight intensity.
To ensure the scooter is fit for commute, there is a 300W heavy-duty motor, secure dual braking system and shock-absorbing pneumatic tires. Besides the scooter also features a foldable design for carrying it around on a flight of stairs or similar areas. The headlights are rated at 2W and are capable of illuminating up to 10 metres ahead of the scooter. In addition, there are reflectors on all sides of it to ensure safety while riding at night and the riders can view safety tips and reminders via the smartphone app.
