Xiaomi has officially confirmed the launching timeline of its upcoming folding Smartphone and the same will be called the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 and the device is expected to pack with heavy specifications on the board. So let’s get into the article to check out the details.
Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 folding device is officially confirmed to be announced next month which means August. The company did not reveal any information about the specification details of the upcoming device.
Based on the previous reports, the upcoming Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 will be coming with a 6.56-inch AMOLED cover display along with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will also feature an 8.02-inch internal display with the AMOLED panel and that will offer a Quad HD+ resolution along with a 120Hz refresh rate. The inner screen is said to feature an in-display camera as well.
The foldable phone will feature a new waterdrop hinge for drop resistance and the same will also come with an IP rating. The back panel of the device will feature a Leica-engineered quad-camera system, which will comprise a 50-megapixel Sony IMX989, a 1-inch camera sensor, an ultra-wide lens, a telephoto camera with 3.2x optical zoom, and a periscope zoom camera with 10x optical zoom.
The device is expected to house a 4,800mAh battery with 67W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The device will be coming with the power of the latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset along with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It will be running on the Android 13 operating system out of the box.
