The very popular video platform YouTube tried various methods to stop users use ad blockers and now the developers of the platform implemented a new code that will make users to watch advertisements up to 3 hours. So let’s get into the article to check out the new piece of information.
Users are reporting on Reddit that they are seeing long lasting advertisements and the ads are showing between 57 minutes to 3 hours. It is also said that there is no usual Skip Ad button as well.
YouTube said that these long ads primarily target users with ad blockers. The company says that regular users still have the option to skip advertisements after 15 seconds but those who are using ad blockers, need to disable the same or subscribe to YouTube Premium for an ad free experience.
