The new user interface of YouTube is available for all YouTube users and the same is now offering the YouTube Shorts section on the top of your subscription feed. This particular change is available on both the desktop website of YouTube and the mobile application on both Android as well as iOS.
It is worth mentioning that the YouTube Shorts section previously only appeared on the recommendations tab and the dedicated Shorts Tab.
