Microsoft provides an option which lets you drag and drop a file from one location to another, even without holding the mouse button. To enable this feature, you have to follow the following steps.
- Head to the ‘Control Panel’.
- Click on ‘Ease of Access’.
- Now click on ‘Change how your mouse works’.
- Now head to ‘Mouse settings’.
- Choose ‘Buttons’ option.
- Simply click on the ‘ClickLock’ to enable the feature.
- Once you enabled the feature, you can adjust the speed by clicking ‘Settings’.
That’s it! Now you can simply move a file from one drive to another. By click on a file and hold the button for a second, then realise the button. And click on the location where you want to drop the file. A small trick but surely big for those who can’t perform the drag and drop function.
