Since the launch of Google Assistant in 2016, it is handy for day to day life. As the digital assistant is there for all kinds of inquiries and serving in various ways to help and getting things done quickly. However, the assistant had a huge disadvantage, as it was not able to recognize songs.
But it’s now going to be history, as now the digital assistant can able to recognize songs. You can ask “What song is this?” or something like that to the assistant and it will start listening. It will able to recognize the song, then Google Assistant will bring info card that contains some lyrics, the artist, the album, when it was released, and what genre of the song.
Moreover, the info card will also give you embedded links to listen the song via YouTube and Google Play Music, as well as an embedded link to search the song on the search engine.
The new ability of Google Assistant already started to roll out, and it will take few days to hit on your device.
