The app is called the Navbar apps, download it from Google Play Store. And then you have to tap on ‘enable’, you will be prompted to settings and give permission by tapping on the Navbar apps and toggle to enable.
Navbar apps will allow you to choose any colour which you want to set on navigation bar. Or you can also set any colour of the app, which you are using. Moreover, you can set your favourite image on the navigation bar.
