A couple of weeks ago, we updated that Gmail is all set to come with a revamped look and also with some handy features. Well, now the developers of the Google’s email client is now rolling out of the new revamped version of the Gmail. And many guys here at TechnoBugg already got the new update.
Gmail the world’s most favorite email application has updated with visual changes, and also with new and handy features such as:
- Easy access to the attachment.
- New Snooze feature.
- Easy access to the apps like Google Calendar, Google Keep and the all new Google Task and these apps are placed on the new sidebar.
- Smart Reply.
- High-priority notifications on mobile.
- Reminders for the emails which you’ve not replied.
- Now you will get a suggestion to unsubscribe unopened newsletters or such kind of emails.
- Now don’t worry about viruses, as new Gmail will give you a high visibility warning for dangerous messages.
- A new Confidential Mode, which will remove the ability to copy, print, forward or download. In this way, you can sit with a peace of mind when you send sensitive information via email. Moreover, it will also allow you to set an expiry time for the sent email and it is going to be handy in many situations.
How to get the new Gmail
You can get the revamped version of the Gmail by clicking the settings button, which is placed on the right side of the screen. And select the ‘Try the new Gmail’. That’s all, the new version of Gmail is in front of you.
And if any reason, you didn’t like the new version of Gmail then you can go back to the previous version by doing the same step.
Well, the new version of Gmail has started to roll out and you will see the visual changes as well but few features may not be live at this moment but the company says that it will be live over the coming weeks. As we know that the Gmail has billions of accounts, so its natural in this case. Speaking about the mobile app, there is no word about the update of the new features on the Android and IOS application of the Gmail but I believe that it will also update very soon.
